Job-Training at HRHP (15-17/03/11)

My job-training at Hard Rock Hotel started on March 15th, 2011 at 8.30. P’Mona who works at Talent Dept. introduced me and other two trainees for Housekeeping about the outlets here. There are swimming pool, Canaba, Lil’ rock, Foam Party, Gym, Beach Club, Spa, e-Bar, Starz Diner, The Shack, HRC, Live Band HRC, Mega Store, General Store, Rock Shop HRC.

Next, she took me to Hot Line, a part of Front Office, and introduced me to P’Nunny in order to inform me about operating. The very first thing I had to do was greeting which is, “Good morning. Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. This is Bubble. How can I rock your world to day?”. I couldn’t flow my line at first, but I started to get better by step.

March 16. What I had to do was answer the phone from external call within 3 rings and transfered the line to the expected extention number. Undoubtedly, I was freak out at first. Several time passed, I was better.

March 17. I got my schedule for this month from P’Tanya. I had to stay at Hot Line for one more day. However, P’Tanya informed me about Start Me Up Check list. For instance, Lost and Found is a part of Housekeeping, First Aid Box is a medicine kinda thing. If the guest asked me to give them some medicine, what I need to do is do not give them directly. Since I do not know whether the guest is alergic to the medicine or not. So, I need to recommend the guest to see the doctor.
