Like my schedule shows, “Front Office Orientation by Tanya”. She introduced the band members that I definitely have to work with in the future. I went to the Front Desk for the first time. I like seeing the guests check-in and smiling to them.
Next, being receptionist I need to know how to use Epitome, a program to check the reservation thing. I was confused since there are alot of abbreviates. For example, DCVT is Deluxe City View Twin. There are many many things I have to learn because I must not do any mistake to cause anybad consequences.
Today, mystery shopper came here, so everyone is super busy preparing themself not to do any damages. So, I am here at booking center updating anything as a trainee here. Every band members are so kind to me. I am gleeful to be here.
